It should fix it, this is what I did and it worked, took me a couple of minutes to figure it out but I hope this helped. ( if you dont know where to look places that house rockstar folders include documents, my games, try your program files, on all your harddrives, both of the program files if you have two folders named that
Go into all your directories and delete everything including the rockstar launcher installer that you downloaded from the website Step 1 - Delete every known file that has to do with anything rockstar. If you cannot connect to the rockstar games launcher because it freezes/gets stuck or says "connecting to rockstar game services" and doesn't do anything for a long period of time, here is the fix.
